I-THERM technical team visit at TATA Steel UK – Port Talbot site, 12/04/2018
As the I-ThERM project proceeds,on the 12th April 2018 TATA Steel UK welcomed a technical team of the I-Therm Project comprised by projects partners from Brunel University, Spirax Sapco and E4-Experts at its industrial site at Port Talbot.
The purpose of the visit was to gather data on the industrial plant in order to identify the best installation location for the Trilateral Flash Cycle unit which is being developed within the I-ThERM project for low grade waste heat to power conversion applications.
A lot of interesting discussions took plate during this interesting visit and many data were collected which will lead the decisions for the progress of the I-ThERM project.
