I-ThERM 6 month project meeting held at Brunel University
The 6 month progress meeting of I-ThERM project (Industrial THermal Energy Recovery conversion and Management) was held on 25-26 February 2016 at Brunel University London, in parallel with the Brunel’s Institute of Energy Futures Industry Day and the International Energy Efficiency Network Event of Vision 2020 network. Partners of the project had the opportunity to engage with the two events and present their technological finding and research under the topic ‘Event Heat Recovery and Power Generation from Waste Heat’ held on Thursday 25 of February.
During the project meeting, several administrative issues were discussed including the nomination of external experts to join the project Steering Committee and the setting of monthly project wide teleconferences to monitor the projects implementation. Additionally the work package leaders presented the updates for each work package and decisions were taken for future work.
