Heat Recovery and Efficient Conversion and Utilisation of Waste Heat
20 April 2017
This one day Symposium will take place alongside the 1st International Conference on Sustainable Energy Use in Food Chains, ICSEF 2017 19 – 21 April 2017.

The symposium will report on the latest thinking, on technologies and practices for waste heat recovery, its upgrading or conversion to different forms such as electrical power or cooling and refrigeration. It is designed to:

i) Bring together academic and industry leaders with interest in waste heat recovery and its efficient utilisation

ii) Share knowledge of both products and applications

iii) Learn of recent and emerging technology developments

Authors are invited to submit abstracts of no more than 500 words. Visit https://icsef2017.exordo.com where you will be required to set up an account with Exordo, the abstract submission system.
Deadline for abstracts is 31 January 2017.
Abstracts and papers can cover original research or case studies of innovative heat recovery and conversion technologies and applications.
Publication
All accepted papers will be scheduled for oral presentations and will be included in the conference proceedings published by Elsevier on-line in the open-access Energy Procedia series https://www.journals.elsevier.com/energy-procedia
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and attend the conference to present the work.
A book of abstracts will be available at the conference and the conference proceedings will be distributed to all participants on a memory stick after the conference.

ICSEF 2017 Registration for Symposium 20 April (closes 17 March): £150

Registration for the 1-day Symposium includes attendance of all sessions, book of abstracts, publication fees, refreshments and lunch
